We respect the time of our clients and, therefore, take on full responsibility for candidate generation and response management.  Utilizing classic recruitment techniques such as strategic ad placements and cold calling, coupled with hands-on methods such as targeted research and industry networking, we will thoroughly explore the landscape as we search for your new manager. 

            Candidate Selection

We will evaluate each applicant against criteria identified by you at the onset of the process.  We thoroughly screen all candidates, using a multi-tiered approach, before recommending them to you, and present them in a timely and appropriate manner.

            Candidate Management

For mid-level positions, candidates are often engaged in multiple job discussions and the marketplace can be volatile.  De Novo Solutions is attuned to these sensitivities.  We develop relationships with candidates through lengthy phone and in-person interviews.  We pride ourselves in our ability to manage candidates quickly and honestly, resulting in a smoother process where both you and the candidate know where you stand.

            Candidate-Client Interviews

When you select a candidate to interview on-site, De Novo Solutions will facilitate the process from beginning to end.  Working with designated representatives in your organization, we assist in selecting rooms, schedules, and elements of the interview.  We will also work to coordinate your schedules with the candidates, along with arranging travel and accommodations.  On the day of the interview, as well as in the preceding weeks, you will be able to focus solely on evaluating your potential employees and ensuring the best fit for your organization.

            Candidate Offers

When you are prepared to extend an offer, De Novo Solutions will ensure a full referencing process, including criminal background check and references from current and past employers.  We will also work on your behalf to negotiate the offer and ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
