We will evaluate each applicant against criteria identified by you at the onset of the process.  We thoroughly screen all candidates, using a multi-tiered approach, before recommending them to you, and present them in a timely and appropriate manner.

           

            Candidate Management

            Candidate-Client Interviews

When you select a candidate to interview on-site, De Novo Solutions will facilitate the process from beginning to end.  Working with designated representatives in your organization, we assist in selecting rooms, schedules, and elements of the interview.  We will also work to coordinate your schedules with the candidates, along with arranging travel and accommodations.  On the day of the interview, as well as in the preceding weeks, you will be able to focus solely on evaluating your potential employees and ensuring the best fit for your organization.

 

            Candidate Offers

When you are prepared to extend an offer, De Novo Solutions will ensure a full referencing process, including criminal background check and references from current and past employers.  We will also work on your behalf to negotiate the offer and ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
